1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website (akashithub.com) or engaging our IT engineering, software development, or digital services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The responsible business entity is AKASH MISHRA (Trading as AKASH IT HUB), based in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India.

2. Services & Project Scope

All software engineering, website development, and mobile application deliverables are executed in accordance with formally agreed Project Proposals or Statements of Work (SOW). Any additions or modifications beyond the approved scope will be treated as change requests subject to revised milestone estimates.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of complete payment for custom software or website development, the client receives ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in their formal contract. Proprietary core frameworks, reusable utility modules, and pre-built software products (such as EduHub, CarePlus, VyaparPro) remain the intellectual property of AKASH IT HUB licensed for client usage.

4. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Invoices are issued under the legal trade name AKASH IT HUB with GSTIN 08DQQPM5887J1ZR. Project disbursements follow structured milestone schedules agreed upon prior to project initiation.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all commercial agreements entered with AKASH IT HUB shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the competent courts of Ajmer, Rajasthan, India.
